Shipping & Processing Times:

Orders placed via this website are made and shipped in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. In most cases, the turnaround time is only 24 hours. Processing and production times are slightly longer if the order was placed through our Etsy shop (www.KTDesigns0.Etsy.com) because orders placed through our website are prioritized.

Returns & Exchanges:

At KT Designs, 100% customer satisfaction is our priority; however, because most orders are customized to the buyer's preferences, we can only offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Order Cancellation Policy:

KT Designs offers order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase, as long as your order is not already in production. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
